Jakarta. Lippo Karawaci, the biggest listed property developer in Indonesia, will start marketing its planned new office tower in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, later this week, the company said in a statement on Sunday.
This grade A office tower located in the Holland Village development area is planned to have 39 floors with a total building area of 26,000 m2, which will be offered by using a strata title scheme.
“We are proud because our priority pass program, which has been applied since some time ago, gains a very positive response from potential buyers. Therefore, there are 130 percent excess demands for Lippo Tower Holland Village until now. This again is a proof that new product from Lippo Homes is able to provide an added value as well as answer the needs pf the public toward a Grade A office tower in the Holland Village integrated development area,” said Ivan Setiawan Boediono, Chief Executive Officer of Lippo Homes.
“Lippo Tower Holland Village will be officially introduced to the public on May 9, 2014. On that occasion, prospective buyers who already joined the priority pass program would have a privilege to choose the desired unit and get a special price,” added Jopy Rusli, Chief Marketing Officer of Lippo Homes.
“Lippo Tower Holland Village is designed in accordance with the standards of modern office tower, including the double-glazing exterior glass that allows the efficient use of electricity as well as air conditioning and also access control and surveillance camera systems that provide a high level of security,” said Joe Christian, Chief of Marketing at Holland Village.
“Lippo Tower Holland Village is the only grade A office tower in Cempaka Putih area that is integrated with nine modern facilities in the Holland Village integrated development area. The size of each available unit is ranging from 120 m2 to 1,442 m2,” said Joe Christian .
