HK Gov’t considering legal action against the MTR Corporation

MTRC performance to be addressed in face of possible legal action

Secretary for Transport & Housing Prof Anthony Cheung says the Government is considering taking legal action against the MTR Corporation, as it is not satisfied with its management of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link project, but such action will be deferred until after the rail link is commissioned in 2018 to avoid disrupting the work schedule.
