Two residential sites in the 2018-19 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
The Tuen Mun site is Lot No. 2883 in Demarcation District No. 130 at Fuk Hang Tsuen Lane.
It has a site area of 1,748 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 566.4 sq m and 943.9 sq m.
Another site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6574 at Kai Tak Area 4B Site 3.
It has a site area of 9,706 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 32,030 sq m and 53,383 sq m.
Both are designated for private residential purposes.
The tender invitation for the lots will open on September 21.
It will close on October 19 for the Tuen Mun site and on November 2 for the Kai Tak site.
