IC finishes plans for new Central Library construction to start end of 2014

thumbnailCultural Affairs Bureau (IC) director Ung Vai Meng revealed that his Bureau has finished planning the new Central Library, which looks set to start construction at the end of this year. The new Central Library will be built inside the old courthouse and Judiciary Police Headquarters at Praia Grande. Ung Vai Meng admitted that this is the first time IC has independently managed a project of such scale, and found that the task has been more complicated then previously anticipated. Read More
