China State accumulates new contract value of HK$43.21 billion

The Group records an accumulated new contract value of HK$43.21 billion in the eight months ended 31 August 2014,

representing a Year-on-Year (“YoY”) growth of 15.6%, and has achieved a 72.0% completion of the full year target of 2014 (which has been revised up to no less than HK$60.00 billion).

As of 31 August 2014, the on-hand contract value of the Company amounted to approximately HK$150.68 billion, among which the backlog was approximately HK$93.80 billion (representing a YoY growth of 18.9%), which meets the Group’s expected works in the next three years.

Major New Contracts Awarded in August 2014 include:
Affordable Housing Project in Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong Province (the client of such project is Qingdao Municipal Government and the attributable contract value of the Group is about HK$2.50 billion);
Infrastructure Project Phase 2 in Qujiang New District, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province (the client of such project is Xi’an Municipal Government and the attributable contract value
of the Group is about HK$1.88 billion).
