Agile Strengthens Business Development in Southern China Region

(29 August 2016, Hong Kong) – Agile Group Holdings Limited (“Agile” or the “Group”; Stock Code: 3383) has acquired three adjacent residential sites (“sites”) in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province at a total consideration of RMB5,799 million.

The site covers a total area of 84,000 sq.m. with a planned GFA of 206,000 sq.m., while the average land cost is RMB28,083 per sq.m..

Located in the north brink of Science and Technology Innovation Coast, Zhuhai City, which is the core area of Tangjia High-tech District, the site enjoys excellent geographical advantages. With close proximity to the interchange of Western Coastal Expressway, G4 Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and 111 Provincial Road, and Zhuhaibei Railway Station of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Railway, the site also enjoys convenient transportation network.

With the completion of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in the near future, the site will enjoy a one-hour access within cities along Pearl River Delta, demonstrating favourable potentials for future development.
