17 land transactions in Q1

The Lands Department registered 13 lease modifications and four land exchanges in the Land Registry during the quarter ending March, of which seven were technical changes involving nil premium.

Seven transactions were on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon and seven in the New Territories.

There were no private treaty grants registered during the period.

The transactions realised a total land premium of $5.68 billion.
