The Lands Department registered 12 lease modifications and one land exchange in the Land Registry during the quarter ending September, of which six were technical changes involving nil premium.
Five transactions were on Hong Kong Island, four in Kowloon and four in the New Territories.
Another two lots were granted by private treaty during the period.
One was granted for the development of a non-profit-making home for the temporary care and support of parents of children in hospital in Kwun Tong.
The other lot was for the development of a student hostel in Wong Chuk Hang.
The transactions realised a total land premium of $3.82 billion.
